In-home support

You can get face to face energy advice in your own home, delivered in partnership with Groundwork North East and Cumbria and Community Action Northumberland. One of our advisors will visit your home and provide free, personalised advice on how to lower your energy costs.

Our free home improvement tool

Our free Homewise tool is available to help you decide which energy efficient home upgrades are most suitable for you. Based on some information about your property, we’ll create a plan with recommendations for home improvements that will help lower your energy bills.

Installation support service

Our installation support service is delivered in partnership with Warmworks, who take care of everything from start to finish. They’ll arrange your initial survey, manage the installation of any measures, and make sure the work meets the highest standards. It’s a simple way to get the improvements you need for a warmer, more energy efficient home.
